The Local Government election in Lagos state is around the corner and according to gist reaching hellosurulere.blogspot.com there are indication that , Hon. Kabir Olajide  Lawal  populariily known as Caeser , a former member of the state house of assembly is likely to be the flag bearer of the running party (APC)  in Surulere Local Government , reason been that he was persuaded to stepped down for  Hon.Desmond Elliot.last year during the 2015 general elcetion and its now time for the party to fulfill their own side of the agreement .
